If you don't remember the email address used for signing up for your Eympress account, then try resetting the password with all your alternative emails in the login dialog. Or contact Eympress support at support@eympress.com for further assistance.
In the above case, many times users having multiple email addresses, use the wrong email as eympress ID to log in.
